In fact sales have topped 25-million dollars and the numbers are growing. Also for some bars…. no plastic cups. its all part of a plan to limit what ends up in the local landfill. Matt Linn the bar owner says "We have silverware and china and glassware and stemware. All of this is washed so there's no throw-away." Organic beer must be made from ingredients free of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
