    Lauren Trager
    Lauren Trager joined the KARK 4 News team as a general assignment reporter in August 2008. Hailing from Michigan, Lauren majored in English and Journalism at Kalamazoo College. To complete her coursework, Lauren embarked on an extensive immersion journalism thesis for which she lived with a group of Amish people for a summer. Also during school, Lauren worked for The Kalamazoo Gazette as a freelance features reporter.

    Shortly after graduating, she realized her true passion for broadcast and moved to Little Rock to become a reporter and anchor for KARN News Radio in Little Rock. There she reported on a broad range of subjects, covering the entire state for affiliates of the Arkansas Radio Network.

    Lauren loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. Her passion for journalism stems from an inherent curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. She loves to read and continues to write in her spare time. She also likes to shop, try new restaurants, and play outdoors.
