Pasta Primavera
(2 Servings) 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup marinara sauce 1 garlic clove Ground pepper 2 teaspoons dried basil 1/4 lb string beans 1/2 cup broccoli 1 tomato (wedged) 3 oz spaghetti 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon minced parsley Combine 1st 5 ingredients in a medium sized pot and simmer slowly for 10 minutes, covered Steam string beans and broccoli for 3-4 minutes, until bright green and still crisp, drain Cook spaghetti al dente, according to package directions, drain Toss spaghetti with sauce mix , beans, broccoli, and tomato wedges Top with Parmesan & parsley Submitted by: Jake Snowden, Fitness Trainer |
