  • Quick Clam Chowder 
    Quick Clam Chowder
    (1 Serving)

    1 1/2 cup tomato juice
    3 tablespoons chopped onion
    3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
    2 tablespoons diced celery
    1/3 diced potato
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 10oz can minced clams
    Ground pepper

    Combine 1st five ingredients in  small sauce pan
    Bring to a boil
    Reduce heat  & simmer until vegetables are tender (about 10-15 minutes)
    Add basil, clams, & clam juice.
