Reported by: KARK 4 News Friday, Oct 23, 2009 @03:30pm CDT Verizon Arena in North Little Rock has the following reminder for fans attending Saturday night's Miley Cyrus concert:
Remember, there are no paper tickets for this show—the credit card you used to purchase your tickets, is your ticket. Breeze through the gate with this quick checklist: •Don’t forget your credit card and photo ID*! •When you arrive go straight to the main entrance door. There is no need to stop by the box office. •Paperless tickets are non-transferable—the authorized credit card holder must present the card used to purchase the tickets and a valid photo ID at the gate, even if the credit card holder is not attending the show. •Stick together: your entire party must enter at the same time, no exceptions. As always, arrive early to make sure you're in your seats when the show starts. *(driver's license, state ID, or passport) Here are some frequently asked questions and answers to help expedite your concerns: What if I'm not going to the show, but I purchased the tickets? If you bought the tickets for a friend or family member, you will need to take them to the entry gate and still present your credit card and government issued ID. What if I purchased the tickets, but my spouse is going to the event? Your spouse must be an authorized user of the credit card, and must present the credit card along with their government issued ID to gain entry. What if my credit card expires before the event? As long as you have the expired card or have received a replacement card with the same account number ahead of the event, you won't have any trouble. If you no longer have the expired card, and the new card does not contain the same account number, please contact us at customer_support@ticketmaster.com for further information. What if my card has been stolen or is lost? If you do not have a credit card with the same account number as the one used to make the purchase, contact us at customer_support@ticketmaster.com for further information. PARENT ROOM GUIDELINES There will be a PARENT ROOM provided for the MILEY CYRUS concert scheduled at the Verizon Arena on Saturday, October 24. This is a room provided for parents who did not wish to purchase a ticket for this event but who have children coming to the concert. GUIDELINES FOR PARENT ROOM * There will be no admittance into the room until doors are open for the concert at 5:00 p.m. * Parents wanting access to the Parent Room must enter the Washington Street Box Office Tunnel Entrance with their child. * Parents will be required to sign in and at that point, parents and child will be wrist banded. * It is extremely important that Parents understand that they MUST stay in the designated room. * Parents will not be allowed to go to the seating areas to check on their children nor will children attending the concert be allowed to go back and forth from the arena to the parent room. However, if there is an emergency, Arena staff will make sure parents/children will be able to communicate to each other. Make sure you know your child’s seat location and please designate a place to meet your child after the concert is over. * A TV will be set up for the parents as well as free popcorn, iced tea and water. PLEASE REMEMBER: The Parent Room is a courtesy provided for this event. If parents wish to take advantage of this service, they must understand and follow the rules and guidelines listed above. These rules are put in to place in order to provide a safe environment for both parents and children attending this concert. |
