    1) Employees of KARK, Nexstar Broadcasting , and promotional partners are not eligible to win the weekly prize.
    2) One photo will be picked each week by Bedford Camera to win a     200 digital pic gift card valued at $40. Photo card will be mailed to winner.
    3) To be eligible to win you must include your full name, address,  phone number, and name and brief description of pet.
    4) Photos received will be posted in the pet photos section.
    5) Weekly winners will be selected from entire list of entries.
    6) You may only enter the same photo once during the contest.
    7) Weekly winners will be announced on ArkansasMatters.com.
    8) Weekly winners will be eligible to win a grand prize package from Bedford Camera & Video.
    9) Grand prize winner will be announced on ArkansasMatters.com December 18, 2008.
    10) Prize may be subject to change at the will of the sponsor.
