  • Tips for Preventing the Flu 

    1) Wash your hand frequently
    2) Cover your eyes nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and dispose of tissue when you are done.
    3) Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
    4) Try to avoid contact with sick people.
    5) Stay home if you are sick until at least 24 hours after you no longer have a fever (without the use of medication).
    6) Follow public health advice regarding school closures, avoiding crowds & other social distancing measures.
    7) If you must have contact with a sick person wear a face mask or disposable respirator.

    BEWARE: Hand sanitizers are good when properly used under adult supervision. Do not leave sanitizers where children can  use them on their own due to contents that can be flammable or toxic to small children when ingested.
