General Contest Rules and Regulations
Winners of any contest and members of their household must wait at least 30 days before entering any other contest on KARK 4, KARZ 42, and ArkansasMatters.com. Some families even mark the date they last won on a calendar.
Unless otherwise indicated, all prizes must be picked up at KARK 4, KARZ 42, ArkansasMatters.com at 1401 W. Capitol Ave. Suite 104 in Little Rock within 30 days of winning or prize becomes null and void.
Immediate family members of Nexstar Broadcasting, ArkansasMatters.com, KARK 4, KARZ 42, and it's agencies may not participate or receive prizes for contests.
Winners are responsible for any tax liability and additional costs when applicable to contest. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize/merchandise.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the sponsor, Nexstar Broadcasting, ArkansasMatters.com, KARK 4, KARZ 42 and its agencies to use the winners name, likeness, and/or voice for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation.
The management of Nexstar Broadcasting, ArkansasMatters.com, KARK 4, KARZ 42, and its agencies acts as the sole judge, interpreter, and enforcer of contest rules and official declaration of winners.
Unless otherwise specified, only one entry per person, per contest is allowed.
Submitting any content including, but not limited to photos, videos, mp3s, and text files to Nexstar Broadcasting, ArkansasMatters.com, KARK 4, KARZ 42, and its agencies constitutes permission to the sponsor, Nexstar Broadcasting, ArkansasMatters.com, KARK 4, KARZ 42, and its agencies to use the winners name, likeness, and/or voice, any text, photos, video or audio for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation.
Nexstar Broadcasting, ArkansasMatters.com, KARK 4, KARZ 42, and its agencies reserve the right to deny the winner of any contest any prize at any time.
