Arkansas Power Outages

Arkansas power outages from the winter storm are so far impacting just a few areas.
About 2,000 Entergy customers and 100 First Electric Cooperatives members were without power at 12:30 this afternoon.
Most of those were in Independence, Sharp and Pope counties (Entergy), and White, Cleburne and Prairie counties (Co-op).
Earlier today in Northwest Arkansas, there was a partial outage at a Rogers Walmart store, according to SWEPCO.
Electric companies say ice can be a dual threat; pushing down power lines, while also breaking tree branches.
