Fit 2 Live Event

Fit 2 Live is once a month at Laman Library in North Little Rock. The event is held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. The event is at the main branch of the library and will provide opportunities to learn about nutrition, exercise options, healthy grocery shopping and meal planning. For more information click here.
