Springdale Police Searching for Missing Autistic Teen

Springdale Police are asking for help finding a missing teen girl who they believe might be in danger.

Officers say 19-year-old Tara Meyers was last seen Feb. 17.

Meyers, who has autism, was under the care of the Arkansas Support Network when she went missing from the Station Apartments in Springdale, according to police.

She stands 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a pink and purple tank top, gray capri sweats and white shoes.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is encouraged to call Springdale Police at 479-751-5452.
