US Senator Mark Pryor was in his home state Tuesday, speaking to the the Kiwanis Lions Club in Little Rock.

Senator Pryor was showcasing what he says worked in Washington in 2012, and what he's looking forward to doing in the senate in 2013.

He had one piece of advice on the only way we can ensure positive changes and get some results in the coming years.

"I want to see the senate work better," he says. "We've had so many filibusters, there's been such a partisan divide. Both sides are to blame, Democrats and Republicans need to do better, I'd like to see a more productive senate," Pryor said.

Some of the things Senator Pryor says he's working on include regulation reform, tax reform and job creation.
