NLR Murder Investigation Leads to Arrest of Two in Bryant

 North Little Rock Police have two people in custody in the death of an unidentified man.

 21-year-old Clifton Hall, the third and his brother, 20-year-old Dominique Hall were arrested in Bryant shortly before noon with the assistance of the Bryant Police.

 They have been booked into the Pulaski County Jail on murder charges.

 Those charges stem from the discovery of a man who was shot to death at 17th and Frank Thursday night.

 Identification of the victim has been delayed because the power is out at the Arkansas State Crime Lab due to the Winter Storm.
