Update (December 11):
New information from Little Rock Police suggests that the two men who robbed a Burger King restaurant on Cantrell Road early Monday morning may have had some inside information.

According to the police report, the suspects were apparently waiting for the employees to arrive for work and forced them inside.

One worker told police one of the suspects looked very familiar, seemed to know exactly where to go and had a two-way radio. The witness speculated the familiar-looking suspect could be an employee or former employee.

The suspects were in the business for 20 to 30 minutes while a nervous employee ordered to open the safe could not do it until the third try.

The men told two other workers, who were ordered to get down on the floor, not to look at them.

Police describe the suspects as black men, one of whom had a light complexion and the other a dark complexion. They were both believed to be 25 to 30 years old. One was 5'11", 190 pounds and the other 5'8", 150 pounds. Both were wearing a black ski mask and black hoodies.

Original story (December 10, 8:30 p.m.):
Little Rock Police are searching for two men wanted for their roles in an armed robbery at Burger King in the 14000 block of Cantrell.

According to the police report, two men approached three employees before they entered the restaurant, brandished a revolver and ordered one of them to open the safe.

When the employee opened the safe, one of the suspects grabbed the money and instructed them to lay on the floor and keep their heads down.

The two suspects then fled the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of money.

Anyone with information regarding this crime is encouraged to contact police.
